Job Scope

We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Site Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining IT systems, monitoring and updating IP configurations, and performing on-site equipment installation, testing, and commissioning. You will also troubleshoot technical issues related to company products, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and collaboration with internal teams.

Experience

At least 1-2 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in civil or electrical industry.

No experience with good attitude is welcome. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

Ni-tec or diploma in Engineering field.

Minimum Nitec or Diploma equivalent studies in IT, Electrical with 1 year of similar work experience.

Responsibilities

Overseeing daily operations, conducting site survey with stakeholder, managing sub-contractor, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and reporting on project progress.

Other Requirements

• Own vehicle for transportation to and from the site (not necessarily)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and documentation purposes.
• Ability to work outdoor and in varying weather conditions: Install, maintain systems.
