• TO WORK CLOSELY WITH OTHER SITE OPERATIONS STAFF TO MEET THE PROJECT SCHEDULE.
• ATTEND THE DAILY TOOL-BOX MEETING AND CONVEY CLEAR INSTRUCTION ACCORDINGLY.
• TO MONITOR THE PROGRESS AND QUALITY OF WORK BEING PERFORMED BY WORKERS.
• ENSURE INSTALLATION IS CARRIED OUT AS PER DRAWINGS OR PLAN.
• GOOD ORGANIZATIONAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
• GOOD VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
• OTHER DUTIES ASSIGNED BY DIRECTOR.
• WORKING HOURS: 6 DAYS
• ABLE TO WORK BOTH DAY & NIGHT SHIFTS BASED ON PROJECT OR SITE REQUIREMENTS.
• ENSURE ALL NECESSARY TOOLS, MACHINERY, PPE, AND MATERIALS ARE AVAILABLE AND IN PROPER WORKING CONDITION FOR EFFICENT SITE OPERATIONS.
