How you create impact
Take full accountability for financial performance, budget control, and site profitability.
Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, inventory management, and cold chain handling.
Ensure performance metrics and customer targets are met or exceeded, aligned with service agreements and internal benchmarks.
Lead a team of Operations staff (both white- and blue-collar), providing direction, coaching, and performance reviews.
Foster strong customer relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring service satisfaction and proactive issue resolution.
Identify and drive cost-saving and productivity-enhancing initiatives via lean practices or process optimization.
Support and lead any upcoming system migration projects, including user testing, training, and go-live support.
Ensure adherence to internal SOPs, safety standards, and relevant regulatory guidelines.
What we would like you to bring
Minimum 8 years of experience in contract logistics or warehouse operations, with at least 5 years in a site leadership role .
Logistics experience managing cold chain or temperature-controlled environments is a strong advantage.
Proven P&L ownership and track record of meeting operational KPIs.
Strong leadership capabilities in managing diverse teams across functions.
Experience in system implementation or migration projects (e.g., WMS upgrades).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable in a fast-paced multi-client warehousing setup.
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is preferred.
