Job description

Developing and implementing site-specific construction plans and methodologies

Monitoring and coordinating the activities of subcontractors and trades on-site

Conducting site inspections and identifying potential issues or risks

Liaising with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to provide progress updates and address concerns

Ensuring compliance with all relevant building regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance

Assisting in the preparation of project documentation, including reports, RFIs, and change orders

Providing technical support and guidance to the site team

Participating in project planning and feasibility assessments

What we’re looking for

A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a relevant field

Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes

Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents

Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders

Familiar with construction project management software and tools (eg. autocad, revit, microsoft project)
