Responsiblities

All aspect of civil engineering/construction works for residential landed housing.

• Planning, work scheduling and reporting of site progress
• Liaise with consultants and clients ensuring that the work is carried out smoothly in accordance with the specifications.
• Coordinating and supervising structure team ensuring compliance and timely completion of the structure works
• Managing subcontractors and suppliers that their works are carried out effectively and efficiently
• Prepare and submit documentation, i.e. schedule of the works, progress reports, method statement, etc.
• Apply necessary permits to carry out the works

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Min. 3-5 years local experience in residential landed projects
• Knowledge of MS Projects, Office, AutoCAD and other softwares
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin

Those without SG working experience will not be considered.
