A leading engineering firm in Singapore is looking for a Project Coordinator to manage project execution and ensure effective communication among stakeholders. The ideal candidate holds a diploma in M&E Engineering, has at least 2 years of relevant experience, and is proficient in MS Office. Responsibilities include project planning and monitoring, safety compliance, and submit monthly status reports. Working hours are 9am-6pm weekdays and 9am-1pm on Saturdays.
Daily coordination, planning and execution of the project plan at site.
Involved in project planning, monitoring project progress and schedule.
Ensures effective communication and co-ordination between project participants.
Responsible for project deliverables whilst ensuring safety objectives are met.
Attend site meeting, inspection and monitoring and report of project progress.
Participating in meetings and resolving project issues.
Liaise and co-ordinate with Clients, Consultants and Vendors on all Project matters.
Submission and update monthly project status reports.
Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate superior or Head of Department.
9am-6pm (Monday to Friday), 9am-1pm (Saturday)
