Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is seeking a candidate to assist the Project Manager in technical and engineering matters on-site, as well as to lead coordination and execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate should have experience with LTA and bore pile works, along with supervisory skills to ensure quality standards are met. This role involves preparing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory work requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with LTA and bore pile works and ERSS experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in on-site technical/engineering matters and coordinate with Main Con Engineer.
• Prepare submission of shop drawings, materials, MOS, monthly progress claims and PM reports.
• Lead site coordination and execution related to the construction project; liaise with Main Con Supervisor, workers and subcontractors.
• Progress meetings with the Main Contractor and Safety Team.
• Update structural/architectural/progress information with scheduling tools.
• Supervise and monitor projects to ensure execution is in accordance with the company’s operating procedures, quality standards and contractual specifications.
• Ensure supervisors meet clients’ regulatory work requirements.
