A construction company in Singapore seeks a Site Administrator to perform general administrative duties, manage supplies, and support site operations. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in site administration, a GCE 'O' Level or equivalent, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The role requires a self-motivated individual who can work at a construction site in Woodlands, with a 5.5-day work week.
Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties such as data entry and document filing, including the management of office supplies
Manage pantry supplies, stationery, and office requisites, including procurement and replenishment.
Prepare and maintain a master list of drawings, documents, and all incoming and outgoing correspondences.
Ensure proper organization and maintenance of filing systems and document storage.
Provide administrative support to daily site operations.
Assist with administrative tasks for the head office as required.
Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
2 years of relevant site administration experience in the construction industry
Minimum GCE “O” Level or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Must be comfortable working full-time at a construction site in Woodlands.
5.5 days work week
