About the Role:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Site Administrator to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our site/facility. This is not your typical desk job — you will be out and about frequently, inspecting and ensuring that all areas of the facility are functioning smoothly. The role involves coordinating maintenance, managing vendors, and maintaining a safe and functional environment for staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the facility
  • Frequently walk through and inspect different areas of the facility to ensure everything is in good condition and up to standard
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance work with external vendors and contractors
  • Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations
  • Manage inventory of supplies (office, cleaning, safety equipment, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate records of facility maintenance, repairs, and equipment
  • Respond to any facility-related issues or emergencies and ensure quick resolution
  • Issue quotation/ invoice when required.
  • Answering to phone calls and assist in replying emails to customers
  • Be available to assist with any ad-hoc needs or emergencies that arise outside of regular office hours if necessary
