Job summary

Responsibilities
  • Manage all administrative tasks for company programmes and courses, including coordination and planning, maintaining attendance records, and collecting course prior to the commencement of classes.
  • Maintain and update databases for company members, volunteers, and students.
  • Assist in communicating messages and updates to members, volunteers, and students as directed by management.
  • Perform daily general office administrative duties, including:
    • Managing administrative emails, answering phone calls, and assisting visitors.
    • Ordering office stationery and mineral water supplies.
    • Coordinating photocopier maintenance and repairs.
    • Tracking insurance renewals.
    • Creating and maintaining form templates and assisting in drafting correspondence.
    • Arranging air ticket bookings.
  • Prepare and record meeting minutes:
    • Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and document minutes for internal and external meetings.
    • Circulate meeting minutes for committee meetings.
  • Manage ticketing arrangements.
  • Prepare and compile audience feedback forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of service contracts and agreements.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in general administrative roles.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge or experience in accounting.
