A leading beauty clinic in Singapore is seeking a Managing Director responsible for performance, growth, and strategic development. The role includes P&L ownership, operational excellence, and team leadership. Candidates should have 8–10 years of senior management experience, particularly in retail or wellness sectors. Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and fluent English (Mandarin is a plus) are essential. The position requires a hands-on approach and knowledge of the local market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in senior management roles.
• Strong background in retail, beauty, aesthetics, wellness, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Proven experience managing P&L and multi-site operations.
• Fluent in English (Mandarin is a strong plus).

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of the P&L for Singapore operations.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of all Singapore clinics.
• Lead, inspire, and structure local management and clinic teams.
• Drive revenue growth across treatments, packages, and products.
• Act as the brand ambassador of EstheClinic in Singapore.
• Work closely with HQ and the Founder on strategy and execution.
