Job summary

AXON Networks, headquartered in Irvine with Asia HQ in Singapore, is seeking a SIM Card Operations Manager to scale SIM lifecycle operations and integrations within AXON Mobility. The role focuses on inventory, profile development, BAP testing, and vendor management to support platform workflows.

The position is hybrid in Singapore, with global travel and hands-on responsibility for delivering operational maturity and scalable processes across internal and external teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of SIM operations, mobile technology, OSS/BSS, or technical operations.

Responsibilities

• Own SIM inventory operations: manage documentation, tracking, lifecycle readiness, and controls.
• Lead SIM profile development: coordinate profile creation with internal teams and vendors.
• Manage BAP testing: oversee testing for new SKUs and approve BAPs within requirements.
• Drive platform integration: support integration of SIM management tools into AXON Mobility.
• Lead technology evaluation: run proofs of concept for SIM-related technologies and improvements.
• Manage strategic vendors: oversee relationships with Valid, Thales, and others.
• Own SIM profile lifecycle management: ordering, OTA, termination, end-of-life and replacement activities.
• Improve operational maturity: recommend process, tooling, and vendor improvements.
