Axi is seeking a commercially minded Global Sales Operations Lead in Singapore to enhance sales performance and streamline operations. You will partner with the Global Head of Sales to deliver insights, improve processes, and coordinate commercial initiatives across teams.

The role offers opportunities to explore new markets and contribute to strategic projects, leveraging data to drive business decisions and growth.

Competenze

• 5-8 years of experience in Sales Operations or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with sales data and dashboards.
• Proficient in Excel, CRM systems and reporting tools.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

• Monitor and analyse sales performance and KPIs.
• Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
