Job summary

Axi is looking for a commercially minded Global Sales Operations Lead in Singapore to drive sales performance and streamline processes. You will partner with the Global Head of Sales to deliver insights, improve reporting and coordinate key commercial initiatives.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Payments, Finance and Compliance to build dashboards, standardize reporting, and explore new market opportunities, contributing to broader business decisions.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations or Sales Analysis.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, performance management and commercial operations.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in sales data, KPIs and dashboards.
• Commercial awareness with ability to interpret trends and identify improvements.
• Hands-on exposure to sales or market expansion is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse sales performance, tracking KPIs and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards and performance updates for leadership decisions.
• Help establish consistent sales reporting standards, processes and measurements.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand operational challenges and identify efficiency gains.
• Coordinate and follow up on key sales initiatives with timelines and actions.
• Support commercial projects, including researching potential new market opportunities.
• Assist in planning small-scale market tests to assess customer demand and channels.
• Analyse results from commercial initiatives and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Payments, Finance, Compliance and other teams to support sales activities.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and improve reporting accuracy.
• Undertake additional projects to support evolving business needs.
