Job summary

Adyen is seeking a Software Engineering Team Lead based in Singapore to lead a team of engineers responsible for scaling the Global Cards platform for the APAC region. You will guide architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product Managers to deliver robust payment capabilities.

You will work with cross-functional teams across Europe, APAC, and North America to ensure platform scalability, reliability, and performance, while shaping the technical direction of the Cards

Qualifications

• Must have led and developed high-performing software engineering teams.
• Strong background in building large-scale distributed systems in Java or similar backend tech.
• Experience coaching engineers through mentorship and career development.
