The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, perform cashier duties, handle stock movement, and maintain the shop's cleanliness. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required, along with good communication skills. Working hours include a 6-day roster from 08:30 am to 8:00 pm.   • Support visual merchandising and product display.
  • Ensure the company’s image is represented positively at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers

  • Perform cashier duties and ensure accuracy in transactions

  • Handle stock movement including receiving and replenishing stocks

  • Assist in packing and shipping of orders

  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the shop

  • Support visual merchandising and product display

  • Ensure the company’s image is represented positively at all times

  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth store operations

Requirements
  • Able to write and speak Mandarin and English to liaise with Mandarin- and English-speaking customers

  • Willing to work a 6-day roster

  • Physically fit for stock handling duties

  • Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Working Hours
  • 6 days per week

  • 08:30am – 20:00pm

  • 1 off day per week
