A reputable retail company in Singapore is seeking a committed and service-oriented Shop Sales Assistant. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, perform cashier duties, handle stock movement, and maintain the shop's cleanliness. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required, along with good communication skills. Working hours include a 6-day roster from 08:30 am to 8:00 pm. Benefits include training, commission based on sales, and annual medical leave.
We are seeking a committed and service-oriented Shop Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, responsible, and able to maintain a professional image while supporting daily retail operations.
Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers
Perform cashier duties and ensure accuracy in transactions
Handle stock movement including receiving and replenishing stocks
Assist in packing and shipping of orders
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the shop
Support visual merchandising and product display
Ensure the company’s image is represented positively at all times
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth store operations
Able to write and speak Mandarin and English to liaise with Mandarin- and English-speaking customers
Willing to work a 6-day roster
Physically fit for stock handling duties
Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
Good communication and interpersonal skills
6 days per week
08:30am – 20:00pm
1 off day per week
Training provided
Commission will be given based on personal sales performance
