Sales Shipping Administrative

Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Timing: 8.30am– 5.30pm
Office: Macpherson
Salary: $ 2000 - $ 2200

Job Scope:

  • To support sales team in documentation for local and export sales
  • Assist in updating sales order, handle all documents needed for the sales, coordinate with warehouse on shipment details
  • Coordinate with freight forwarding company to arrange shipment, update and follow up with customers on the status of the shipment and updates of sales order
  • Any adhoc instructions given by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Minimum ‘O’ level
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Training provided
