Responsibilities
  • Coordinate pre-arrival and post-departure arrangements for vessels.
  • Liaise with Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA), Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA), terminal operators, and private wharves for crew-related formalities and vessel clearance.
  • Monitor port schedules and berth availability to provide clients with timely updates.
  • Maintain accurate documentation (e.g., arrival/departure reports, DA submissions, statements of facts).
  • Track and follow up on invoices, charges, and operational costs to ensure proper billing.
  • Provide 24/7 operational support during vessel port calls on a rotational basis.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with ship masters, clients, and vendors for smooth communication and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of port, immigration, and customs regulations in Singapore
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple vessel calls simultaneously
