Qualifications

• Able to read mechanical drawings.
• 2 to 5 years' relevant experience in sheet metal industry.
• Familiar with welding, laser turret, and bending processes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate 3D models and engineering drawings for manufacturability.
• Develop detailed process flows for fabrication.
• Run First Article Inspections (FAIs) and Process Capability studies.
• Design jigs, fixtures, and tooling for production.
• Coordinate with suppliers for outsourcing fabrication.
