Job description

We are seeking an experienced Practice Lead – ServiceNow (APAC) to lead ServiceNow presales and solution architecture across the region. This role partners closely with Sales, Delivery, and Alliances teams to shape solution strategy, drive large and complex APAC engagements, and ensure technical excellence throughout the sales lifecycle.

The ideal candidate brings deep ServiceNow platform expertise, strong enterprise solution architecture capability, and executive-level stakeholder engagement experience, with a proven track record supporting high-value, multi-country APAC deals across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities
Practice Ownership & Strategy
  • Own and evolve the APAC ServiceNow practice roadmap, aligned with FPTs digital transformation and growth strategy.
  • Define ServiceNow service offerings, industry use cases, and differentiated value propositions.
  • Establish and track practice KPIs including revenue growth, pipeline contribution, delivery quality, utilization, and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the regional authority and escalation point for all ServiceNow-related engagements.
Presales Leadership & Deal Shaping
  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow presales and solution architecture for strategic and complex APAC opportunities.
  • Define and apply presales best practices, solutioning frameworks, and governance across pursuits.
  • Serve as the lead solution architect and technical authority for large, multi-tower enterprise ServiceNow deals.
  • Partner with Sales and Account leadership to qualify opportunities, shape deal strategy, and influence customer buying decisions.
Take ownership of:
  • Solution architecture and scope definition
  • Commercial assumptions and alignment
  • Proposal and RFP/RFI quality
  • Customer-facing workshops, demos, and solution presentations
  • Develop compelling solution narratives, ROI-driven business cases, and value-led proposals.
  • Support pricing models and effort estimation in collaboration with Delivery and Finance teams.
Solution Architecture & Design
  • Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, including:
  • ITSM, ITOM, ITAM
  • HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM)
  • SecOps, GRC, IRM
  • App Engine and custom applications
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, security, scalability, and compliance requirements.
  • Define integration architectures with ERP, CRM, IAM, data platforms, and cloud services.
Executive & Customer Engagement
  • Engage C-suite and senior IT leaders as a trusted advisor on ServiceNow-led digital and operational transformation.
  • Lead executive workshops, roadmap sessions, and architecture design discussions.
  • Represent the organization in strategic customer engagements, industry forums, and the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Requirements
  • 12–18+ years of experience in enterprise technology, with a strong focus on presales leadership and solution architecture.
  • 8+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow experience, including enterprise‑scale and multi‑country implementations.
  • Proven track record supporting large, complex, multi‑million USD APAC deals.
  • Background in systems integration, consulting, managed services, or enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, modules, licensing, and deployment models.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL, ITSM processes, and enterprise digital transformation.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, integrations, and enterprise data flows.
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD) are highly preferred.
