• Position: Service Technician
• Location: Kaki Bukit
• Working hours: 5 days (Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm / 9:00am to 6:00pm)
• Salary: Up to $3800 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Medical + 14 days annual leave
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Suppliers of window and door technology, automatic entrance systems and building

Main Responsibilities

• Perform onsite deployment for retrofits of door parts (mechanical, electrical and electronic)
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance, corrective works and propose part recommendations for user consideration.
• Perform testing and commissioning of automatic entrance related systems and products.
• Prepare documents such as service report, timesheet upon work completion.
• Report abnormal breakdown patterns and recommend repairs or suitability of part replacements.
• Follow safe work procedures.
• Willing to perform overnight and weekend standby to attend fault calls.
• Other ad‑hoc duties assigned by immediate superior or management.

Requirements

• Preferably with basic computer knowledge.
• ITE with Nitec / Higher Nitec or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering related field.
• Possess a class 3 driving license.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin‑speaking associates for business communications.
