Job summary

A leading service provider in Singapore is seeking a maintenance technician to respond to service requests and troubleshoot system issues. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in maintenance of alarm, card access, and CCTV systems, along with relevant certifications. A valid Class 3 driving license and a Higher Nitec or Nitec in Electrical or Electronics is required. Apply via email.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Respond to scheduled and unscheduled maintenance service requests in accordance with the Company’s Service Agreement.
• Troubleshoot and repair any system abnormalities during maintenance service calls at customer premises.
• Supervise and monitor sub-contractors’ work quality during maintenance activities.
• Render technical support to other departmental staff as required.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years’ experience in service and maintenance of alarm, card access, and CCTV systems.
• Certifications in Building Construction Safety Supervisor, Work-At-Height, or Risk Management.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
• Higher Nitec or Nitec in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
