Job Summary

This role requires the employee to uphold and actively promote the company's corporate culture, provide exceptional service, and ensure operational efficiency while maintaining compliance with all applicable employment regulations as per MOM and TAFEP guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Uphold and apply the company’s corporate culture in daily work activities.
  2. Actively promote the corporate culture through work practices and actions.
  3. Develop, document, and share exemplary work cases that demonstrate the company’s values.
  4. Deliver service that is enthusiastic, courteous, prompt, accurate, professional, and detail-oriented, addressing both expressed and potential customer needs.
  5. Execute standard operating procedures efficiently and with high quality, ensuring attention to detail and optimal outcomes.
  6. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and orderliness in designated service areas.
  7. Manage inventory, storage, and issuance of kitchen sundries and other consumable supplies related to the role.
  8. Inspect, maintain, and report any issues with on-site facilities and equipment promptly.
  9. Oversee the condition and maintenance of tables, chairs, linens, and related materials; arrange repairs and report issues as needed.
  10. Respond to and report emergencies promptly and appropriately according to company protocol.
  11. Complete additional tasks or special assignments as directed by supervisors or management.
