Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is recruiting a maintenance technician to plan and schedule preventive maintenance, coordinate subcontractors, and supervise on-site works at client sites in the West region. Training will be provided and the role offers a clear career path.

You should be proactive, able to work independently, and communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and facility teams. Basic knowledge of BMS, PLC or HVAC is a plus; willingness to work at active construction sites.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
• Candidates without relevant working experience are welcome; training will be provided.
• Strong communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working at active construction and maintenance sites, dusty environments.
• Basic knowledge of BMS, PLC or HVAC systems is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors and manpower for maintenance and servicing works.
• Supervise subcontractors and monitor work progress at customer sites.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and facility-management teams.
• Support routine system checks, troubleshooting and system improvement works.
• Assist in resolving technical and operational issues.
• Prepare service reports and maintain servicing records.
• Obtain quotations and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Follow up on maintenance issues until completion.
