Job summary

AZBIL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a technical leader to manage a team of subcontractors for maintenance and service works. You will plan, coordinate and implement preventive maintenance while ensuring compliance with authority and client requirements.

You will liaise with subcontractors and vendors for quotations and purchase orders, perform system checks, backups and troubleshooting, and upgrade the system to keep the BMS running optimally. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field.
• Preferably with relevant maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of BMS/HVAC and PLC is advantageous.
• Independent, proactive and able to multi-task to meet timelines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of sub-contractors for maintenance and service works.

• Lead and manage a team of Sub-contractors for maintenance and service works
• Plan, organize, co-ordinate and implement Preventive Maintenance work timely and ensure compliance to all authority and client's requirement
• Liaise with sub-contractor and vendor for quotations and purchase orders
• Perform routine check, system back-ups & restoration, troubleshooting and upgrading/improvement of system to ensure optimal functioning of Building Management system
• Optimise BMS to reduce overall building energy consumption
• Provide technical/operational guidance, engineering solution to the Facility Management

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or any related discipline
• Preferably with at least 2 years of related working experience
• With knowledge on BMS / HVAC
• Good to have knowledge in PLC
• Proactive individual who can work independently
• Good interpersonal and Communication skills
• Able to multi-task and achieve deliverables on schedule
• Able to generate project reports via Word, Excel, Powerpoint
