Job summary

Well established Company in Singapore is seeking a BMS/MEP engineer to contribute to the concept and detailed design of mechanical, electrical, and BMS works. You will assist in planning, budgeting, and coordinating with main contractors to ensure timely, high-quality project execution.

You will supervise subcontractors, prepare progress reports and method statements, and help ensure handover with optimum cost efficiency. Training is provided for lesser-experienced candidates.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronic or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Lesser experience candidates are welcome; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Involve in conceptual and detailed design of mechanical, electrical, and BMS engineering works.
• Assist Manager in project planning, budget cost control and execution of the project.
• Coordinate with main contractor and other contractors for BMS installation work.
• Supervise a group of subcontractors and ensure workmanship within standards.
• Prepare site progress reports and necessary project documentation, including method statements.
• Ensure timely handover of the project with high quality and cost efficiency.
• Ensure installation drawings are accessible at the point of use.
• Review non-conformities and determine dispositions.
• Resolve technical issues related to installation, commissioning and testing.
• Take responsibility for successful completion of projects and customer satisfaction.

Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

Basic salary: $3700 - $4500 + AWS + Variable Bonus.

Working hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm, 5 days a week.

BMS | HVAC (Data Centre / Hospital Project).

Job Responsibilities

• Involve in conceptual and detailed design of mechanical, electrical, and BMS engineering works.

• Supervise a group of subcontractors and ensure that works are executed within acceptable standard of workmanship.
• Prepare site progress reports and necessary project documentation, including method statements.
• Ensure timely handover of the project while maintaining high quality standards and optimum cost effectiveness.
• Ensure that relevant installation drawings are accessible at the point of use.
• Review the nature of non‑conformities detected in product / work and determine disposition of the non‑conformities.
• Resolve technical issues relating to installation, commissioning and testing.
• Take responsibility for the successful completion of projects and meet customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical and Electronics or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Lesser experience candidates are welcome; training will be provided.
