Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is hiring for a construction site position in Singapore.

The role involves preparing documentation, coordinating site activities, and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule. You will participate in testing and commissioning and assist with client handovers. Requirements include a diploma in Mechanical Engineering and 1–2 years in construction, with knowledge of ACMV being a plus.

Qualifications

• Min diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of working experience in construction.
• Knowledge in ACMV is a plus (air-conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation).

Responsibilities

• Prepare & submission for product catalogue/technical data, shop drawings, method of statements and O&M to client.
• Provide simple daily reports of work status and report to management.
• Responsible for all site matters and all documentation for sites assigned.
• Ensure site work on schedule and according to the scope of contract.
• Resolve conflicts and attend site meetings.
• Participate in testing & commissioning with sub-contractors/main contractor & consultant.
• Conduct training to client before project handover.
• Assist with any other tasks as assigned by management.

Education

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Job description

• Location:West / Pandan Loop
• Working days: 5. 5 days (Mon - Sat)
• Working time: 8AM - 5PM (Mon-Fri) ; 8AM - 12PM (Sat)
• Salary: $3000 - $5000 (Depends on Education Background and Working Experience) + Transport allowance (reimbursement)
