Job summary

EA Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a Building Management System (BMS) project coordinator for a well established company. Working location: Island wide; hours: 8:30am–5:30pm; 5 days a week.

Requirements include a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 1–2 years in project coordination, M&E, ACMV or BMS. Exposure to BMS or data centre projects is advantageous. Salary: 3,800–5,000 SGD monthly + AWS + variable bonus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, M&E, ACMV or BMS projects preferred.
• Exposure to BMS or data centre projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design, planning and execution of BMS projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, subcontractors and clients on site.
• Review drawings and ensure latest approved drawings are used.
• Supervise subcontractors to meet specs and quality.
• Monitor progress, assist with scheduling and cost control.
• Prepare progress reports and site records.
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues.
• Support system integration, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Inspect completed works and address defects.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule and to customer requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, planning and execution of Building Management System (BMS) projects.
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, subcontractors and clients on project requirements and site activities.
• Review project drawings and ensure the latest approved drawings are used for installation works.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure works comply with project specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor site progress and assist with project scheduling and cost control.
• Prepare progress reports, method statements, project documentation and site records.
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical, installation and site coordination issues.
• Support system integration, troubleshooting, testing, commissioning and project handover.
• Inspect completed works and follow up on defects or non-conformance issues.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule and according to customer requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, M&E, ACMV or BMS projects.
• Exposure to BMS or data centre projects is advantageous.
