Job summary

PVH is seeking a maintenance coordinator for on-site work in the West, Singapore. The role involves planning and supervising maintenance with subcontractors, scheduling preventive tasks, and ensuring BMS/PLC/SCADA systems operate optimally.

The candidate should hold a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 1-3 years of relevant experience and understand BMS/PLC/HVAC concepts. Working hours are 8:30am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday, on-site location.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Knowledge of BMS/PLC/HVAC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan / assign sub-contractors and manpower for maintenance work and project handover.
• Supervise and manage sub-contractors for maintenance & servicing works.
• Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance.
• Perform routine checks, system backups & restoration, troubleshooting and upgrade of systems (BMS/PLC/SCADA).
• Record servicing data and generate service reports.
• Provide technical/operational guidance and engineering solutions to site facility management.
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Planning / Assign sub-contractors and manpower for the maintenance work and from project handover
• Supervising & Managing of Sub-contractor to carry maintenance & servicing works
• Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance
• Perform routine check, system back-ups & restoration, troubleshooting and upgrading / improvement of system to ensure optimal functioning of BMS/DCS/PLC/SCADA System
• Record servicing & maintenance data and generate service report
• Provide Technical / Operational guidance, engineering solution to the Maintenance Site Facility Management
• Others ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 1-3 years of experience
• Knowledge on BMS / PLC / HVAC will be a plus point
