  • Oversee and manage all After Sales operations for cooling equipment.

  • Prepare and maintain AFS documentation and service reports.
  • Conduct site visits for troubleshooting and project assessments.
  • Implement and monitor standard operating procedures for AFS activities.
  • Track AFS performance metrics and drive continuous improvements.
  • Manage manpower allocation and performance evaluations for the team.
  • Identify business opportunities to expand AFS revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with management on strategic plans and budgets.

Our client is a one-stop service solutions provider for cooling equipment in Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all After Sales (AFS) operations, including maintenance, repair, and replacement activities.
  • Lead, plan, and coordinate the AFS team to ensure efficient scheduling, timely response, and quality service delivery.
  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g. Projects, Procurement, HR, Finance) and external stakeholders (e.g. customers, suppliers, subcontractors) to support smooth execution of AFS matters.
  • Work closely with customers and end users to assess equipment performance, diagnose technical issues, and provide effective solutions.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain all necessary AFS documentation, service reports, and performance records.
  • Conduct site visits for AFS works, troubleshooting, and site surveys for potential AFS projects.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety practices for AFS activities.
  • Track AFS performance metrics (e.g. response time, job completion rate, customer satisfaction) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage manpower allocation, training, and performance evaluation for the AFS team.
  • Identify business opportunities to expand AFS revenue streams, including service contracts, spare parts sales, and preventive maintenance packages.
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategic plans and budgets for AFS department growth.
