Job Description:

1. Conduct regular check-ins with students to understand their academic progress, living conditions, and psychological well-being, providing necessary care and support.
2. Assist students in resolving practical issues encountered during their studies, such as administrative, accommodation, and social matters.
3. Provide regular updates to parents regarding students' learning and living situations, establishing and maintaining an effective home‑school communication mechanism.
4. Plan and organize extracurricular activities or workshops to promote student interaction, cultural adaption, and skill development.
5. Assist the company with tasks related to study abroad services, including document preparation, visa application support, and itinerary arrangements.

Requirement:

1. Proficient in Mandarin Chinese and English, with excellent multilingual communication skills.
2. Holds a bachelor's degree or higher. A background in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related fields is preferred.
3. Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching, counseling, student affairs, or study abroad consulting. Familiarity with the Singapore education environment is a strong advantage.
4. Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility, patience, and empathy. Passionate about education and dedicated to helping students grow.
5. Excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills, capable of handling multiple tasks independently. High moral character, with strong professional ethics and a sense of confidentiality.
