Responsibilities

• Plan and assign sub-contractors and manpower for maintenance work.
• Supervise and manage subcontractors on maintenance and servicing tasks.
• Schedule and execute preventive maintenance.
• Perform routine system checks and troubleshooting.
• Record maintenance data and generate service reports.
• Provide technical guidance for facility management.

Job Responsibilities

• Planning / Assign sub-contractors and manpower for the maintenance work and from project handover
• Supervising & Managing of Sub-contractor to carry maintenance & servicing works
• Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance
• Perform routine check, system back-ups & restoration, troubleshooting and upgrading / improvement of system to ensure optimal functioning of BMS/DCS/PLC/SCADA System
• Record servicing & maintenance data and generate service report
• Provide Technical / Operational guidance, engineering solution to the Maintenance Site Facility Management
• Others ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge on BMS / PLC / HVAC will be a plus point
• Training provided for those without/lesser experience
