Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers either on-site or remotely.
  • Perform repair works and troubleshoot machines at customer site.
  • Install new test machines and software upgrades.
  • Develop manuals and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for machines.
Qualifications
  • Have a Diploma/Degree in Electronics or Mechatronics or related qualifications.
  • Have intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Words.
  • Have work experience in a customer support environment.
  • Have work experience in a semiconductor industry for more than 3 years.
  • Have knowledge in laser, Oscilloscope/Spectrum analyzer/other instruments.
