Seeking an experienced Service Delivery Lead to oversee and ensure the successful delivery of maintenance and support services across Microsoft offerings including D365, M365, SharePoint, and related platforms. This role is pivotal in maintaining service excellence, managing client expectations, and driving continuous improvement across multiple projects and service lines.

What will you do?
  • Define and execute service delivery strategy for Microsoft maintenance projects across enterprise clients
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives and digital transformation efforts
  • Lead and champion strategy and delivery discussions with internal and client c-suite management
  • Establish governance frameworks for service delivery, ensuring alignment with ITIL and Microsoft best practices
  • Oversee quality management, risk management, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance across all platforms for agencies and MNCs
  • Serve as executive liaison for clients, ensuring alignment of services with business goals
  • Conduct service reviews, performance reporting, and strategic planning sessions
  • Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders to influence outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional application teams and external partners to deliver integrated, end-to-end service solutions that align with business objectives
  • Manage service delivery across D365 (Finance, SCM, CE), M365 (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive), SharePoint (Online & On-Premises), and Power Platform
  • Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes
  • Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations are consistently met
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • 10+ years in IT service delivery, with 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft ecosystems: D365, M365, SharePoint, Power Platform
  • Proven track record in managing enterprise-scale maintenance and support programs
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical capabilities into strategic value
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • ITIL Expert or equivalent certification preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
