Job Scope

• 🍔 Serve food and beverages to customers
• 👩‍🍳 Assist in food preparation and order handling
• 🪑 Clear tables and chairs after use
• 🧽 Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, including emptying rubbish and cleaning washrooms
• 🧍 Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the branch manager
• 📝 Note: you may be required to carry out additional cleaning or maintenance duties as needed to support restaurant operations. Job duties may be adjusted according to operational needs and not based on individual preferences.
• 🕐 Arrive 5 minutes earlier for check‑in

• 🌟 Work Attitude & Behaviour – maintain a customer‑centric, friendly, and cheerful attitude; high energy with a passion for great service; always greet with a big smile and serve customers quickly, politely & courteously.
• 🕐 Arrive 5 minutes earlier and look for the Manager for QR code check‑in.
• 👔 Dress Code (Strictly Enforced) – top & bottom: plain black shirt (no visible logo); black long pants (no holes/tears); footwear: non‑slip, oil‑resistant black covered shoes with socks; track shoes and sneakers are NOT allowed. Grooming & Accessories – nails must be clean, short, and with no nail polish; all visible tattoos must be fully covered; only one ring allowed (no diamond); remove all other accessories; clothing must be clean and free from any unpleasant odour. Additional Items – cap will be provided (return at end of shift), wearing a mask is mandatory.
• 💼 Work Ethics & Conduct – no mobile phone use during working hours, especially at the counter or kitchen; depending on outlet policy, phones may be required to be stored in a designated locker; always inform your supervisor or team member before leaving your station, even for short tasks such as disposing rubbish.
• 🪪 Special Instructions – bring NRIC / Passport for verification during scan‑in; bring WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 Certificate; meals provided for long shifts; transport may be provided if public transport is unavailable. For reimbursement, follow the outlet manager’s instructions.
• 🚫 Leaving before the confirmed end time is considered misconduct and may result in no payment, subject to management discretion.
• ⏰ Reporting Instructions – only report to the job site after receiving official awarded confirmation via EL Connect App or Email Notification; kindly arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled shift for check‑in.
