Overview

A Service Crew member in the food & beverage or retail industry is a frontline staff member responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, preparing bills, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Key duties include greeting guests, taking orders, serving customers, handling payments, cleaning tables, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Greet guests upon arrival, assist with seating, and provide prompt and courteous service throughout their visit.
  • Order Management: Present menus, answer questions about food and beverage items, take orders accurately, and recommend menu items to customers.
