A leading automotive group in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Service Ambassador to join their customer service team for Mercedes-Benz. The ideal candidate should possess at least GCE ‘O’ Levels and have at least one year of customer service experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers, providing after-sales support, managing appointment bookings, and ensuring smooth communication flow.
