Job Scope:

• Supervise and guide warehouse staff in daily operations.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and service providers to manage shipments and resolve delivery issues.
• Ensure inbound and outbound activities meet performance and quality standards (KPIs).
• Plan manpower allocation according to order volume and operational needs.
• Conduct regular stock checks (cycle counts) and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Promote and enforce workplace safety rules and procedures.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• N Level/ NITEC in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of warehouse experience, including team supervision.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and inventory control.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Possess Forklift license/ experienced handling reach truck is an advantage.
