We are looking for a Senior Manager, Trust Services, who is driven and passionate about delivering exceptional service and value to our valued clients.

[Your Role & Responsibilities]
  • Manage a portfolio of trust accounts, ensuring compliance with the terms of the trust documents, legal requirements, and fiduciary duties
  • Acts as a primary point of contact for trust clients and ensures transparency in trust administration by providing high‑quality customer service to clients, building strong relationships, and addressing their inquiries
  • Manage and oversee the day‑to‑day administration of trust accounts
  • Carry out periodic reviews of assigned trust portfolios to ensure proper administration and identify potential risks
  • Maintaining accurate and updated trust records
  • Ability to draft and review trustee minutes, resolutions, or any trust related documents.
  • Collaborate with professional advisors, investment managers and banks in the management of the assets of the trusts and foundations
  • To assist the Head of Department in mentoring and guiding the junior trust administrators
  • Debtor management and Client data system management

  • STEP qualification will be an added advantage
