Job summary

A leading integrated facilities management provider in Singapore is seeking a qualified individual for facilities management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a NITEC certificate in Building Services or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role. Responsibilities include administering permits, monitoring critical systems, and managing work orders. A strong safety mindset and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Collate data for follow-up reports.
  • Monitor critical systems for abnormalities.
  • Update status of outstanding Work Orders daily.
  • Check system checklists regularly.

Responsibilities
  • Administer & control of issuance of passes and Permit to Work in FRC by contractors.
  • Collating data and facts for subsequent follow-up report to FRC Engineer/Manager.
  • Monitor critical systems. To take action for any abnormalities as per SOP.
  • Carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned.
  • Track operating parameters of various critical systems in accordance with the duties stated in the checklist.
  • Daily updating of status of outstanding Work Orders.
  • Daily checking of system checklists.
  • Any other adhoc assignments as assigned.
Job Requirements
