Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Technical Sales Specialist. The role involves leveraging technical expertise to support the sales process, understanding customer requirements, and providing tailored technology solutions. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, delivering customized product demonstrations, developing proposals, and collaborating with teams to ensure client satisfaction. The Senior Technical Sales Specialist will also troubleshoot technical issues, maintain customer relationships, and contribute to long-term revenue growth.

As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will lead solution pitching, pre-sales consulting, client engagement, and proposal development. You will work closely with our delivery and product teams to convert opportunities into successful engagements across CRM, CMS, MarTech, Digital Marketing, and Web/App development services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and manage sales opportunities across digital and technology services
  • Conduct discovery calls, understand client needs, and recommend the right solutions
  • Prepare proposals, PPTs, solution diagrams, and effort estimates
  • Demonstrate CRM, MarTech, automation, analytics, and CMS capabilities to prospects
  • Collaborate with delivery teams for scope definition and SOW preparation
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets
  • Represent Qualtura at client meetings, events, webinars, and partnerships
Requirements
  • 4-6 years experience in sales or business development experience (technology or digital agency preferred)
  • Strong understanding of CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Braze), CMS (AEM, Sitecore), digital marketing and integration concepts
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to meet targets and manage multiple deals in parallel
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Skills
  • Experience selling digital transformation, marketing services, or software solutions
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Braze, Klaviyo, Adobe, or related ecosystems
  • Existing network in SME, enterprise, or agency sectors
  • Ability to build basic solution diagrams or workflows
  • Prior consulting or agency experience is a bonus
