Responsibilities

  • Responsible for recruitment activities for stakeholders in SEA.
  • Build and maintain good relationships, and have a keen sense of negotiation with all including candidates, hiring managers and business partners that based in SEA.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with staffing community and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results, and credibility.
  • Excellent understanding of the complete recruiting function, including: research, sourcing, networking, behaviour based interviewing and closing.
  • Initiate and maintain excellent working relations as one Team.
  • Effective communication approaches that include: proactively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form, and timeliness.
  • Maintain flexibility to deal with ambiguity and the evolving needs of the business environment.
  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining excellent relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business partners.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent understanding of the complete recruiting function, including research, sourcing, networking, behavior-based interviewing, and closing.
