Role Summary:

You will develop and maintain HR SuccessFactors ECP module, troubleshoot issues, collaborate on IT projects, and lead digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with IT engineers and business owners to implement and support SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with a focus on Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
  • Design, develop, and maintain ECP‑related system enhancements and integrations.
  • Assist in Knowledge‑Based Authentication (KBA) configuration, updates, and troubleshooting in line with security and compliance requirements.
  • Provide ongoing production support, incident analysis, and root cause investigation for payroll and HR systems.
  • Conduct user requirement interviews and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Lead the company’s digital transformation and automation initiatives.
  • Engage with like‑minded IT partners to explore and leverage new technologies.
Education Qualification & Essential Experiences:
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science & Information‑Related Degrees.
  • Solid hands‑on experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
  • Experience with ABAP / payroll debugging, or strong ability to analyze payroll calculation logic.
  • Fundamental knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), including employee master data, job information, and organizational structures.
  • Good understanding of Point‑to‑Point (PTP) data replication from EC to ECP, including data synchronization logic, field mapping, and common integration issues.
  • Familiarity with local payroll concepts, including CPF, IRAS reporting, and statutory payroll requirements.
  • Practical knowledge of SAP ECP configuration, payroll schemas, rules, and payroll control processes.
