Job summary

A global technology company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Engineer III - Supplier Quality to provide technical support that ensures suppliers deliver high-quality products on time. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in the PCB industry, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and proficiency in quality tools. This role involves leading supplier evaluations, conducting audits, and implementing quality improvement plans.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the PCB industry.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and evaluate supplier selection based on technical assessments.
  • Collaborate with commodity teams for commodity strategy development.
  • Conduct audits for new and existing suppliers; prepare audit reports.
  • Deliver training for new suppliers on AE requirements.
  • Review SCB/PCN notifications and approve First Article Evaluations.
  • Resolve quality issues and drive SCAR closure.
  • Monitor and report annual quality data; lead QIP implementation.
  • Prepare and present quality sections in Supplier Business Reviews.
