THKMC is the charitable arm of Thye Hua Kwan Moral Society, which lives by the mission – To Serve Mankind – to help anyone who needs help regardless of their race, religion, colour, language, creed and culture. THKMC today serves more than 70,000 beneficiaries through more than 70 programmes across five Services, which include Disability, Early Intervention for Children, Family, Seniors’ Community, and Therapy.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in providing casework intervention and counselling services, facilitate groups, conduct and implement structured programmes for the clients and their families.
  • Conducts comprehensive client assessments to collect functional, environmental, psycho-social, financial, employment, housing, education and health information as appropriate to develop a creative and cost-effective case plan.
  • Assists in coordinating group work and community development activities and programmes, supporting community events.
  • Serve as the primary point of direct administrative contact, referral service and liaison with external stakeholders.
  • Performing administrative functions and maintain administrative system for record updates.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Diploma in Social Work
  • Any recognised degree may also apply
