Job summary

Senoko Energy Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Associate to join its SME sales team in Singapore. You will manage a portfolio of SME customers, contribute to business development and account management, and help grow sales volume and gross profit by connecting customers with retail energy solutions.

The role focuses on handling the sales process end-to-end, from prospecting and pre-qualification to proposal presentations and contract finalisation, while building lasting relationships to support

Qualifications

• Diploma and 2–8 years of direct sales and account management experience serving SME customers.
• Experience managing the full sales process from prequalification to contract finalisation.
• Ability to develop, manage and maintain strong customer account relationships.
• Job grade will reflect experience, competencies and skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage SME customer accounts and prospect new sales opportunities.
• Be the primary point of contact for customers, supporting account needs.
• Build strong customer relationships to enable long-term growth.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profitability.
• Ensure retail energy solutions meet customer needs and objectives.
• Grow business with existing customers and identify opportunities to improve results.
• Support customer activities with pre-sales and post-sales service.
• Drive sales of new energy solutions, including renewable certificates, solar offerings and EV-related products.
