Job summary

You will coordinate with internal teams to deliver value, manage SLAs, and advocate for client needs to enhance SPE’s offerings. You will lead generation efforts, drive adoption of new services, and ensure ongoing client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree with minimum 10 years of experience in managing client relations within major or complex accounts.

Responsibilities

• Managing Key Account Relationship and Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Lead Generation - Driving Increased Usage and Adoption of New Services.
• Retention and value expansion for strategic clients.
• Reporting and market feedback to product and regional teams.
