Working Location : West Singapore (Benoi Area)

Working Hours : 12 hours rotating shift (8am to 8pm / 8pm to 8am)

Remuneration Package :

  • Basic up to S$ 2,650
  • Contract Completion Bonus (1 month)
Job Description
  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate a team of security officers.
  • Ensure proper shift coverage, conduct briefings, and monitor performance.
  • Provide ongoing training and guidance to security personnel.
  • Monitor access control systems, CCTV, alarms, and other security infrastructure.
  • Conduct routine inspections of gates and sensitive areas to ensure protocol compliance.
  • Safeguard company premises, employees, visitors, and assets.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, incidents, or emergencies.
  • Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate security logs.
  • Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and external contractors as needed.
  • Coordinate closely with company management to address security needs and improvements.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a supervisory role within the security field.
  • Sound knowledge of security operations, security systems, and emergency response procedures.
  • Proficient in the use of access control systems and CCTV surveillance monitoring.
  • Willingness to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
