The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive new business and manage key accounts in the carpet and flooring sector. You will engage with dealers, wholesalers, retailers and interior design professionals, promoting a full range of flooring products.

You will lead client visits, presentations and negotiations, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely payments. A relevant degree and 5–10 years of experience are preferred.

Competenze

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.
• 5+ years of sales experience in carpet or 7+ years in flooring or 10+ years in related interior design/furnishing industry.
• Strong B2B sales experience with proven ability to manage customer accounts and develop new business.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence for client visits and site meetings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams.

• Coordinate with internal sales, warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Monitor customer credit limits, payment terms and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system.

Senior Sales Executive

• Working Days: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5.30pm
• Salary: $3,000 Basic + $1,400 Transport Allowance + Quarterly Commission
• Location: Tagore Industrial Avenue (Nearest MRT: Ang Mo Kio)

Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:
