The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Sales & Marketing Manager (Carpet) to lead a team of five outdoor Sales Executives and drive revenue growth in the carpet and flooring sector.

You will set targets, monitor performance, and develop marketing strategies for market expansion, product launches, promotions, and digital campaigns, coordinating with finance on credit and collections.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in carpet, flooring or related interior materials is advantageous.
• Proven ability to lead and coach a sales team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and supervise a team of 5 outdoor Sales Executives to achieve targets.
• Set sales targets, monitor performance and guide improvement.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to expand market presence.
• Build brand awareness through product launches, promotions, trade shows and digital marketing.
• Plan marketing activities including catalogues, social media and dealer campaigns.
• Conduct weekly sales and project meetings to review progress and trends.
• Monitor competitors and identify opportunities.
• Provide recommendations on pricing, inventory, and wholesale positioning.
• Oversee customer credit limits and collections.
• Collaborate with accounts to review debts and collections.
• Prepare sales performance reports and CRM pipeline.

Role:
Sales & Marketing Manager (Carpet)

• Working Days: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5.30pm
• Salary: $5000 - $6500 + Commission
• Transport Allowance: $1,500
• Location: Tagore Industrial Avenue (Nearest MRT: Ang Mo Kio)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and supervise a team of 5 outdoor Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and business growth
• Set sales targets, monitor team performance and provide guidance to improve sales results
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue
• Build brand awareness through product launches, promotional campaigns, trade shows and digital marketing activities
• Plan and coordinate marketing activities, including product catalogues, social media promotions and dealer campaigns
• Conduct weekly sales and project meetings to review project progress, market trends and competitor activities
• Monitor competitors' products, pricing and marketing strategies to identify business opportunities
• Provide recommendations to management on pricing strategies, inventory planning and wholesale market positioning
• Oversee customer credit limits, payment terms and outstanding payment collections
• Work closely with the accounts team to review outstanding debts and collection activities
• Prepare sales performance reports, forecasts and monitor sales pipeline through the CRM system

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Experience in carpet, flooring or related interior materials industry will be an advantage
• Proven experience in leading, coaching and managing a sales team
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license for client visits and site meetings
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams
